The ingredients for children experiencing joy are two:

Children get freedom on two levels: first, they can be who they are or what they love to be; we do not stop them, nor do we judge them. So they never have to do anything to impress teachers; to be good in teachers’ eyes, they can be what they are. This thing you may find small, but it gives supreme freedom; you don’t have to do anything to impress anyone. Similarly, all parents are also trained to love their children unconditionally, irrespective of academic performance. This brings freedom at home too.
Second freedom to ask, express their thoughts, and talk to teachers very easily. Knowledge grows smoothly when there is absolute freedom to ask without fear of shame or humiliation. Teachers are always available and eager to listen to their curiosity and fantasy talks.
