Unlocking Academic Excellence: “The Unique Rushikul Educational Philosophy”

A frequently asked question…..

How do you ensure that in spite of having playful exploring childhood kids perform well in board exams and higher studies ?

We believe in kids and their natural instinct of learning, progressing and excelling. And we believe, maturity and sincerity develops with age every year. At Rushikul kids enjoy and explore childhood just because we focus on understanding concepts and not emphasise on perfecting answers by rote learning or repetitive practice. This avails more free-time and playtime, and by exploring this time kids get lots of experiences, which makes them creative, intelligent, strategy builder, spontaneous, confident, enthusiastic, good observer and keen learner.

We focus only on learning and are happy that they give exams out of understanding, without much practicing. This actually makes them efficient learners. Efficient learner means being attentive with full intellect, when you are learning anything new for the first time and understanding it there and there. By practicing the repetitive study pattern, we actually dull them and their natural efficient learning ability.

Rushikul teachers make learning more exciting and enriched by kids curiosity and inquisitiveness. This actually makes them keen and efficient learners.

As they have enriched childhood, they are much content and settled at the year of board exams. Their understanding of the subject is clear and good, they are much more fresh and excited to perform well in board exams by giving their 100% to it by working unexpectedly hard.

They don’t have fear of exams, rather they have excitement, this helps them to score better grade joyfully with interest. The practice of mugging up only after understanding helps them more in higher studies rather than just school. A joyful relation with learning helps them lifetime.

It is not about kids, it is about overcoming our own fear, focusing on just understanding and learning. Not making them busy in over practicing and actually making them dull & slow instead of keen and efficient learner.
