Rushikul’s ideology is not for everyone and definitely not for those who think life is a race and believe that their work is to win and defeat others.

The inspiration for the Rushikul ideology came while going through the book, ‘How to teach your baby’ written by Dr. Glenn Doman which enabled me to pickup the essence of learning.

We prioritize understanding over rote learning, allowing children to explore and play while still excelling academically. By fostering curiosity and creativity, our approach cultivates efficient learners who approach exams with excitement rather than fear. This joyful relationship with learning extends beyond school, benefiting them throughout their lives.

As an academic, we are interested in them understanding concepts and developing their thinking abilities and intelligence more rather than putting pressure for more marks.

Rushikul believes that a child is born to learn. Learning is an inborn instinct that is nurtured at Rushikul, keeping in mind the child’s interests and going at his pace.

Childhood is for growing, blossoming, learning, playing, enjoying and exploring, being creative, courageous as well as adventurous.

Learning is joyful in itself. There was a survey done to find out the activity that humans enjoy the most. According to the results, the most-enjoyed activity of humans is learning new things.
